Completed individual PE-bag packaging, barcode and composition labels per FBA requirements, with AQL sampling before shipment — direct to warehouse with no secondary handling needed.
What trips up Amazon sellers most is not production but labeling and packaging before warehousing — goods arrive at the overseas warehouse only to find the barcode is wrong, and re-handling fees often exceed the goods' value.
Our current approach folds this step into the production line: once garments come off the line they go straight to the packing station, where we do individual PE bags, apply FNSKU barcodes, attach composition and warning labels per FBA requirements, then pack by carton spec.
After packaging we do AQL 2.5 sampling and take archive photos to send the client for confirmation. Once confirmed, goods ship directly from the factory to the Amazon FBA warehouse, with no third party in between.
For sellers, removing one transit step reduces one chance of error and one re-handling cost. This is the step we recommend all platform sellers confirm in advance.
