Shipping & After-sales
Plan apparel shipping around destination, shipment size, packaging and timing. Compare international courier, air freight and sea freight, and discuss export documents and delivery arrangements. For after-sales questions, share photos and order details for review.
Global Shipping · Worldwide Delivery
Worldwide Delivery
Match the shipping method to destination, lead time, and budget - we handle export documents and customs clearance assistance.

Express
International Express
DHL / FedEx / UPS, door-to-door in 5-9 business days. Ideal for samples, small replenishments, and urgent orders.

Air Freight
Air Freight
Roughly 10–15 days to the destination airport. A balance of speed and cost with low handling difficulty and simple customs clearance — ideal for mid-volume replenishment and quick mid-season launches.

Sea Freight
Sea Freight
Roughly 30–50 days to port. The lowest unit cost, but booking, export declaration and destination customs add handling steps and complexity — best for bulk and seasonal stock, FCL and LCL both supported.

DDP / DDU
Door-to-Door Service
Choose DDP (delivered duty paid) or DDU (delivered duty unpaid); fee structure stated upfront with no hidden charges.

Warehouse
Overseas Warehouse & FBA
Direct shipping to Amazon FBA and third-party overseas warehouses, with labeling and packing per platform requirements.

Documents
Export Documents
Packing list, invoice, certificate of origin, composition label, and various compliance documents prepared as needed.

Six-step process from factory to door
Every step has a clear confirmation checkpoint, so issues are caught before goods are in transit.
Order Confirmation
Once quantity, styles, lead time and delivery address are confirmed, production is scheduled.
Production Complete
After production, AQL 2.5 inspection is completed with a quality report and on-site photos on file.
Shipment Confirmation
Confirm packing method, piece count, and carton specs; provide the final packing list and invoice.
Booking & Customs Declaration
Book space per the agreed method and complete customs declaration and export documents.
In-Transit Tracking
Provide tracking number and transit milestones, with proactive updates on any exceptions.
Door Delivery & Sign-off
Delivered to the specified address after customs clearance; quantity and appearance verified and recorded.
After-sales · After-sales Response
Fast Response
Problems aren't scary - response speed is what tells a good supplier apart.

Quality Issue Handling
Batches confirmed as production defects are supplemented, reworked, or discounted per agreement; responsibility is determined by the quality report.

Color Variance
Bulk color is checked against the approved swatch under standardized lighting before and after production, with minor batch variation kept within the agreed tolerance.

Reorder Support
Reorders of sampled-and-confirmed styles skip sampling and go straight to production scheduling, typically cutting lead time by 5-7 days.

Technical Response
Dedicated account contact; written answers and solutions for craft and fabric issues within 24 hours.

Quality Re-inspection
Pre-shipment re-inspection to the AQL 2.5 outgoing standard; problem batches are traced back to workmanship and fabric roots for continuous improvement.
