FAQ
Questions Before You Order
These are the questions overseas buyers ask most. Cannot find your answer? Contact us and we reply within one business day.
Ordering & Minimums
Standard styles start at 50 pieces, and you can mix colors and sizes within one order. For custom-dyed fabric (by Pantone code), the MOQ is calculated separately and is typically 300–500 meters of fabric.
Sampling takes 7–10 days to produce the sample. The sample fee is based on the style and process. Once a formal order is placed, the sample fee is usually deductible from the order or refunded. Send us a style drawing or tech pack and we can start sampling.
Standard bulk production takes 35–45 days. For the peak season (August–November) we recommend locking in your schedule early. Repeat orders of styles already confirmed by sample can skip sampling, typically cutting 5–7 days off the lead time.
Customization & Design
Yes. We support custom production from your sample, from your design, and OEM/ODM. You can provide your size chart or tech pack, and our pattern maker will grade to your specs and produce a sample for confirmation first.
Yes. Neck labels, care labels, size labels, main hang tags, string tags, and polybags are all customizable. We can also print fiber content, country of origin, and care symbols per the regulations of your target market.
Small logos: embroidery first. Large solid-color blocks and single-color graphics: screen printing. Photo-realistic and multi-color gradients: DTG digital printing. Fine small text and special effects: heat transfer. 3D logos for streetwear: silicone or puff printing. Send us your artwork and we'll advise on the process within 24 hours.
Fabric & Color
Yes. Our standard color card is ready to use directly. A specified Pantone code requires custom dyeing, with the MOQ calculated separately, and the dyed batch needs an extra 5–7 days of lead time.
Before fabric enters the warehouse we run four basic tests: shrinkage rate, colorfastness (washing, rubbing, perspiration), weight and composition verification, and pilling and appearance inspection. Batches that fail are not sent to cutting.
Payment & Trade Terms
Typically 30% deposit + 70% before shipment, negotiable for long-term clients. We support EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP, and DDU trade terms, confirmed by destination country and shipping method.
Quality & Inspection
Yes. We inspect by AQL 2.5 random sampling, covering size, appearance, workmanship, and packaging, and issue an inspection report with photos on file. Third-party inspection can be arranged on request.
For garment orders a ±3% variance in actual quantity is allowed (industry standard); any excess is settled at the actual count, confirmed in writing by both sides before packing.
No. Repeat orders of styles already sampled and sealed can go straight into production scheduling. We retrieve the sealed sample and produce to the original standard, typically cutting 5–7 days off the lead time.
Shipping & After-sales
Yes. Samples can go by DHL, FedEx, or UPS, delivered in 5–9 business days. Freight can be collected or prepaid, confirmed by destination country.
International express, air freight, and sea freight are all available. We also support DDP (delivered duty paid) and DDU (delivered duty unpaid), as well as direct shipping to Amazon FBA warehouses and third-party overseas warehouses.
