Piqué Mesh (Piqué)
The classic Polo fabric: breathable, dry-touch and structured without clinging. Commonly 180–220GSM, the most balanced choice for value and hand-feel.
Double-Face Piqué / Double-Mercerized
Double-sided weave with piqué texture on both faces and higher weight (220–260GSM) for noticeably improved drape and premium feel.
Liquid Cotton / Mercerized Cotton
Treated with liquid ammonia or mercerization for a fine, lustrous surface; wrinkle-resistant and easy-care, suited to mid-to-high-end business lines.
Functional Quick-Dry / Cooling
Polyester + spandex blend with moisture-wicking and cooling finish, suited to sports and outdoor Polo lines.
Detail Customization
Collar, Placket & Ribbing
A Polo's premium feel comes from the crispness of its collar and placket. Customers feel the difference in these areas the moment they put it on.
- Collar: standard lapel, stand collar, contrast collar, rib collar, collarless (henley).
- Placket & buttons: 2 / 3 / 4 buttons; shell, resin, metal buttons and contrast placket.
- Cuffs & hem: ribbed finish, flatlock finish, side-slit hem and contrast ribbing.
- Ease can be adjusted to brand positioning, confirmed tier by tier from slim to relaxed.

Functional Finishing
Anti-pilling, anti-wrinkle, moisture-wicking, anti-bacterial, UPF50+ sun protection and cooling finish; after-treatment includes enzyme wash, color fixation and soft silicone wash.

- Piqué mesh (the Polo core): single and double piqué combed cotton at 180g / 200g / 220g / 240g / 260g — breathable honeycomb structure that never clings.
- Blends & winter: CVC piqué (structured, cost-effective), cotton-spandex (stretch), Tencel, bamboo, linen blends and quick-dry poly piqué; brushed and heavyweight compact piqué for colder seasons.
- Colors & patterns: solid bases with contrast placket/collar/cuffs, striped and jacquard piqué; one-to-one PANTONE dyeing.
