Pima Cotton Fleece
300–340GSM, fine hand-feel and excellent anti-pilling; suited to mid-to-high-end brand lines.
Organic / Recycled Cotton
280–340GSM, sustainable material with full certifications; suited to eco-concept lines.
Mercerized Cotton Hoodie Fleece
240–300GSM, lustrous and supple with good drape; suited to light-luxury casual.
Ribbing & Drawcord
1×1 / 2×2 ribbing with high elastic recovery; metal eyelets + flat cotton cord, with customizable cord ends and logo printing.
Quality Standards
Four Key Controls in Hoodie Production
The hoodie is the category most prone to bulk-stage issues, so we move risk controls forward to sampling.
- Actual weight test: every batch is spot-checked for real GSM; deviation beyond ±5% from the approved sample means rejection.
- Ribbing recovery: ribbing must not loosen or flip after washing, tested by fixed-elongation rebound rate.
- Post-wash shrinkage: re-measured after garment wash, warp/weft shrinkage kept within tolerance.
- Dark-color fixation: dark and contrast styles get priority re-check on wash, rub and perspiration color fastness.
Sampling & Validation
From Sampling to Approval
Hoodie development typically runs 7–10 days for samples and 35–45 days for bulk.
Requirement Confirmation
Confirm weight, hood shape, ribbing config and color code; assess process feasibility.
Sample Making
Sample with the same fabric and process as bulk, marking color code and placement.
Client Confirmation
Confirm hand-feel, color and actual measurements; re-sample if needed.
Sealed Sample to Production
The sealed sample travels with the bulk order; the line inspects each batch against the sealed standard.

- Brushed interiors: single-face, double heavyweight fleece, lambswool composite, silver-fox and aoli velvet — the winter warmth lineup.
- Blends: CVC terry (shape and shrink resistant), cotton-spandex (stretch), three-layer air fleece (structured); long-staple washed terry and anti-bacterial bamboo terry for premium lines.
- Colors & patterns: solids, contrast ribbing, color-block, tie-dye and gradient; dark shades get color-fix treatment; PANTONE dyeing supported.
