Quality Control

Four Mandatory Inspections on Arrival

Basic tests are completed before fabric enters storage, so problems are caught before mass production.

Shrinkage Test

We test warp and weft shrinkage through the standard wash process; lots outside tolerance are rejected or sent for pre-shrinking.

color Fastness Test

Production starts only after wash, rub and perspiration color fastness all pass; dark fabrics get extra verification.

Weight and Composition Check

We measure actual weight and composition ratio; batches that differ from the approved sample do not enter cutting.

Pilling and Appearance Inspection

Visual checks for defects, color deviation and skewing, plus a pilling-grade assessment.
