Custom Sweatshirt Fabric

Terry and fleece differ greatly in warmth, breathability and price tier — choose by selling season.

French Terry

Smooth face, looped back, breathable. 280–340GSM, suited to spring/autumn and all-season styles.

Brushed Fleece

Brushed back, soft and warm. 280–400GSM, the autumn/winter main style.

Organic Cotton Sweatshirt Fleece

Upgraded, sustainable material. 280–340GSM, suited to eco-concept brands.

Pima / Mercerized Cotton Sweatshirt Fleece

Fine and lustrous, anti-pilling. 260–320GSM, suited to mid-to-high-end lines.

Garment Dye / Enzyme Wash

Soft color, worn-in texture. 260–340GSM, suited to vintage and trend lines.

Ribbing & Trims

1×1 / 2×2 ribbing with high elastic recovery; with optional drawcord, eyelets, contrast ribbing and heat-transfer label.

Custom Fit

From Standard to Oversize

Sweatshirt fits vary enormously — the same GSM made with different ease can sell for nearly double.

Shoulder: standard dropped, big dropped (oversize), raglan, regular set-in.
Neckline: crew, half-high, hooded; hood options include double-layer, padded and flat.
Processes: contrast ribbing, color-block, garment dye, enzyme wash, brushed finish and print-embroidery overlay.
Unisex / kids / couples' styles, graded tier by tier from the size chart.

Sampling Workflow

Sweatshirt Sampling & Production Pace

Weight and shrinkage must be set at the sampling stage, or bulk sizes will drift after wash.

Confirm Weight & Color Code

Set weight by season and price tier; for dark and contrast styles, confirm dye-lot consistency.

Fit Alignment

Sample to the target size chart; confirm ease at shoulder width, chest, body length and sleeve length.

Wash & Shrinkage Verification

Re-measure after garment wash; if out of tolerance, adjust the pattern and re-sample.

Sealed Sample to Production

The sealed sample travels with the bulk order; the line inspects each batch against the sealed standard.

Loopback terry (fish-scale): 280g / 300g / 320g / 360g / 400g / 450g combed cotton terry — the spring/autumn workhorse, in standard and compact-spun heavyweight versions.
Brushed interiors: single-face, double heavyweight fleece, lambswool composite, silver-fox and aoli velvet — built for winter warmth.
Blends & premium: CVC terry (shrink-resistant), cotton-spandex (stretch), three-layer air fleece (structured, never bulky); long-staple washed terry, Tencel blends and anti-bacterial bamboo terry.
Colors & patterns: solids, contrast ribbing, color-block panels, tie-dye, gradient and printed base cloth; one-to-one PANTONE dyeing.
