In 2022 a London menswear brand came to Jingfeng with a piqué polo they wanted to last a decade. The difficulty was not the style but the details: a collar that holds its curve, and ribbing that keeps its rebound for years.
Seven sample rounds, each changing one variable — collar curve, rib density, weight balance. Double-piqué parameters were compared across the 200+ fabric library, with AQL 2.5 inspection on every batch.
At sample sealing the client said: 'This is the English elegance we were after.' That polo remains one of the brand's perennial bestsellers.
