Three high-count poplin fabrics co-developed with a Milan menswear studio, from fabric development to full production.
In 2021 a Milan menswear studio set a challenge: deliver the Italian shirt's crispness and softness at once. Off-the-shelf poplins were always one or the other.
We co-developed three high-count poplins with the studio, working together on yarn blend, weave density and liquid-ammonia finishing; the final version took five sample rounds.
The line built the brand's reputation in its home market — and validated Jingfeng's end-to-end collaboration from fabric development to bulk production.
